As a Sales Supervisor at Argyle Pharmacy, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our sales team and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your leadership will help foster a productive work environment and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Lead and supervise a team of sales associates, including apprentices and design team members.
- Task Assignment: Allocate responsibilities to sales personnel to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Financial Authorization: Approve payments via cheque and manage merchandise returns.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the activities of sales staff to achieve team goals.
Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
