Database Information Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Information Specialist to join our team at Rainbook Enterprise Inc. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our computer databases.
Key Responsibilities- Database Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain computer databases to ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity.
- Requirements Documentation: Document customers' requirements for projects, ensuring that all data needs are met.
- Advice and Guidance: Provide advice to other informatics professionals regarding database management tools and best practices.
- Database Design and Development: Design and develop databases to meet business needs, ensuring data is organized and easily accessible.
- Data Analysis: Operate database management systems to analyze data, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Data Administration: Develop and implement data administration policy, standards, and models to ensure data is secure and compliant.
- Research and Documentation: Research and document data requirements, data collection, and administration policy, as well as data access rules.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop policies and procedures for network access and usage, as well as data backup and recovery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in database management.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
