Key Responsibilities
- Teach and mentor students in our 12-week Web Development Diploma program, providing expert technical guidance and support.
- Develop and deliver lectures on cutting-edge web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node/Express, and databases.
- Collaborate with other educators to create a comprehensive and engaging educational experience for students.
- Contribute to the development of new content and educational materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant to industry needs.
- Apply Agile Education methodologies to continuously improve the educational experience for students.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to enhance the educational experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a web engineering role, with a strong background in core web technologies.
- Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with React, Node/Express, and databases.
- Strong public speaking and teaching abilities, with experience mentoring others.
- A self-motivated, empathetic, and approachable demeanor, with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A strong work ethic, with a commitment to excellence and a passion for education.
