Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Cristhian's Carpenter & Construction. As a key member of our crew, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced crew members.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring proper operation and maintenance.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems, working collaboratively with the construction team.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as you will be working in a fast-paced construction environment. You must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment, as well as work at heights and in confined spaces.
