Education Director Opportunity

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Education Director to lead our team in providing high-quality educational programs for students of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with Oxford Learning's philosophy and goals
  • Collaborate with centre staff, teachers, and parents to ensure student success and well-being
  • Manage schedules, assessments, and student learning programs
  • Liaise with community members, schools, and local businesses to promote Oxford Learning's programs
  • Communicate with parents and stakeholders to discuss student progress and address concerns
  • Ensure the Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained throughout the centre
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Languages, Math, and Business preferred)
  • Strong secondary school mathematics skills and additional language(s) spoken are assets
  • Experience working in educational environments with medium to large student bodies and business environments is an asset
  • Strong computer skills, phone skills, and customer service experience are required

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 / year

Benefits: Paid time off

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 11 am to 8 pm, Saturday, 8:30 am to 3 pm
