Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team at Wright Construction Services Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, with experience in construction, commercial projects, and working at heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Instructing apprentices and ensuring a high level of quality in workmanship.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and other necessary tools and equipment.
  • Excellent client focus, judgement, reliability, and team player skills.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
