Pharmacy Clerk Job Description

At Metro Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Clerk to join our team. As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the ordering, rotation, and inventory control of products in the pharmacy department.
  • Receive and verify orders, ensuring that products are received in good condition and stored appropriately.
  • Enter and reconcile invoices/credits, and maintain shrink logs.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform inventory-related tasks, including re-stocking shelves and maintaining store standards.
  • Check emails and respond accordingly, and answer phones as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager or Pharmacist.
Requirements:
  • Customer service driven
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good product knowledge and attention to detail
