About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Basha International Foods Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, calculate totals, and handle returns and exchanges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work as a Team Member: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Retail business.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance.
