We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at SE Health, working in a community setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals for health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs
- Apply a client-centered approach to address clients' physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Work effectively and collaboratively with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
- Develop and maintain knowledge of community resources
- Adapt to new computer applications
- Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy
- Member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
- Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional
