Piping Designer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Piping Designer to join our team at Next Structural Integrity Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop piping and instrument diagrams, as well as 3D equipment models for power plant systems.
  • Ensure design deliverables meet industry codes, standards, contract requirements, and company standards.
  • Collaborate with other designers, drafters, and team members to achieve project goals.
  • Train and mentor interns and new graduates.
  • Lead project meetings and multitask multiple projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Piping Design.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk, SmartPlant 3D, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of the Nuclear Industry and experience in Piping designs.
