About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our Personalized Creative team at DEPT. As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the work of junior designers and provide guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their roles.
  • Deliver constructive feedback to ensure high-quality design output.
  • Coach team members to identify areas for development and help them achieve their goals.
  • Work on a brief from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Source images and artwork, design responsive emails and landing pages, and maintain existing and design new onsite marketing templates.
  • Develop rich visual content for weekly newsletters and apply creativity to ad-hoc projects.
  • Contribute innovative ideas at creative review meetings and protect brand integrity and guardianship.
  • Drive the delivery of work on time and to the highest standard by understanding the team's capabilities.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of digital design experience.
  • Proven experience working in an agency context, with a strong understanding of brand, direct, and above-the-line creative work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in digital design software, including Sketch App, Figma, InVision, and Adobe CS.
  • A great teammate who supports colleagues and contributes to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Very organized with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Able to work with grit and determination in the face of demanding deadlines.
  • A desire to embrace new skills and challenges.
