Job Title: Senior IT Security Analyst

At Sleep Country Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Security Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate security threats
  • Implement and maintain security controls and protocols to protect against cyber attacks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement incident response plans
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends, and develop strategies to mitigate risks
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in IT Security or equivalent combination of transferrable experience and education
  • Thorough knowledge of Information security principles and framework (ISO 27001, NIST, ZTNA, etc.)
  • Strong technical knowledge of current systems, software, protocols, and standards including TCP/IP and network administration/protocols
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and articulately for all levels and audiences
