Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in accordance with the University Health Network's Professional Practice Model for Nursing and the College of Nurses of Ontario's standards. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and research in emergency nursing.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
