About the Role

As a Supervisor of Part-Time Loading at CB Canada, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our loading operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of part-time loading staff to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the loading operations to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that loading operations are integrated with other business functions.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent international qualification.
    • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
