Job Description

Job Title: Shift Manager

Job Summary:

Domino's Pizza Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your scheduled shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience and that their needs are met.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and that costs are controlled.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all sales are recorded and that cash is balanced at the end of each shift.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to employees, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of success in managing teams and achieving goals.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive experience for customers.
  • Inventory Management Skills: Strong inventory management skills, with the ability to manage inventory levels and control costs.
  • Cash Handling Skills: Accurate and efficient cash handling skills, with the ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Store Operations Skills: Strong store operations skills, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Training and Development Skills: Ability to provide training and development opportunities to employees.

Working Conditions:

The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. The Shift Manager will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
