Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Sushi Sama is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise Staff: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Tray and Trolley Supervision: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
