Key Responsibilities- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise to customers in their zero-trust journey, leveraging your knowledge of data networking and cybersecurity solutions.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with customers to understand their technical, operational, and commercial imperatives, and develop compelling technical and business-focused solutions that drive adoption and growth.
- Communication and Influence: Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to influence through effective presentations, customer-specific demos, technical engagements, and workshops.
- Customer Success: Promote end-to-end solutions that include Palo Alto Networks and/or partner professional services to ensure customers realize business value sooner.
- Competitive Landscape: Understand the competitive landscape and effectively differentiate our leadership in the market.
- Experience: Understanding of data networking and delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives.
- Sales and Technical Expertise: Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role; prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal.
- Technical Presentations: Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements.
- SaaS/SASE/Cloud Experience: Experience selling, implementing, or managing SaaS/SASE/cloud/managed/on-prem offerings is a plus.
