About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Program Coordinator to join our team at Aitchison School of Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating education programs and ensuring their successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development
    • Develop and implement education programs that align with the school's goals and objectives
    • Conduct research to identify best practices in education and incorporate them into program design
  • Program Coordination
    • Coordinate the delivery of education programs, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation
    • Ensure that programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including teachers, students, parents, and external partners
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that programs are aligned with the school's overall strategy
  • Monitoring and Evaluation
    • Monitor program progress and identify areas for improvement
    • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for future development
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Experience
    • 2 years of experience in education program coordination or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work under pressure at times. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
