Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a supervisory role.
This role is situated within a private club, providing a unique atmosphere for engaging with community members and fostering a love for sports.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage professional staff, program leaders, instructors, and volunteers.
- Develop and prepare educational materials, including research papers and articles.
- Handle various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate and execute special events to enhance community engagement.
- Supervise both office and volunteer personnel to maintain high standards of service.
This position involves direct supervision of approximately 3-4 individuals.
TransportationPublic transportation options are readily available for commuting.
