Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage professional staff, program leaders, instructors, and volunteers.
  • Develop and prepare educational materials, including research papers and articles.
  • Handle various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate and execute special events to enhance community engagement.
  • Supervise both office and volunteer personnel to maintain high standards of service.
Supervisory Scope

This position involves direct supervision of approximately 3-4 individuals.
