We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Corporate Development team at FYidoctors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial and strategic analysis of potential mergers and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis: Develop and manage financial models for acquisitions, including valuation analysis using CCF and DCF methods and purchase price allocation.
- Transaction Advisory: Provide strategic analysis on industries and/or organizations, and collaborate with cross-functional project or deal teams to conduct diligence, review transaction documents, or coordinate inputs for financial modelling.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships throughout the merger and acquisition cycle.
- Research and Analysis: Perform in-depth research and strategic analysis on industries and/or organizations.
- Communication and Presentation: Create presentation materials that effectively summarize strategic and financial analysis, key takeaways associated with an opportunity, and craft and present clear, concise communications to our senior leadership team.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
- Designation: A CPA or CBV designation, or working towards designation.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and transaction advisory.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, excellent financial modelling skills, and knowledge of financial accounting, corporate tax, capital markets, and valuation concepts.
- Soft Skills: Strong research skills, excellent problem solving and conceptual thinking skills, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and demonstrated success with team management and project management.
