About the Role

Huron Tractor Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of our store, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Execute the business plan and achieve financial performance, including sales, budgets, and cost control, according to established goals for the location.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a positive relationship with all existing and new customers, and resolve any elevated customer issues.
  • Store Operations: Direct the operations of the store, ensuring a professional appearance and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Communication and Leadership: Ensure effective communication occurs within and across departments, including leading regular department management/employee meetings.
  • Strategic Planning: Communicate and mentor the Huron Tractor Vision, Mission, Values, and Core Competencies within the store.
  • Marketing and Events: Oversee the successful planning and execution of marketing activities and events.
  • Facility Management: Ensure the maintenance, security, and professional appearance of the facility and property.
  • Customer Sales: Represent the company for the sale of machinery to key customers as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Lead by example with H&S procedures and ensure the Health & Safety of all employees.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a dealership environment.
  • Experience with Parts or Service management or in a Sales role would be preferred, but candidates with other management experience would be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and departmental business goals.
  • Agricultural industry experience would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of financial metrics, and a solid understanding of sales, parts, and service operations is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
