About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hospital Cleaner at Gentle Pet Clinic Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Environmental Services
    • Ensure all areas of the hospital are clean and well-maintained, including patient rooms, common areas, and equipment.
    • Restock supplies and linens as needed.
  • Housekeeping
    • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
    • Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners.
    • Restock bathroom supplies and clean bathroom fixtures.
  • Laundry and Linen Services
    • Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry and linens.
    • Restock clean laundry and linens in patient rooms and common areas.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
