About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to join our team at La Vie au Grand Air | Priorité Enfance. As the primary point of contact for our establishment, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication between our teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track student records in our Nemo software, including factoring, creating, and updating files.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to personnel management, including contract administration, medical visits, and personnel records.
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of our establishment, including supplies, equipment, and services.
- Manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.
- Process and track invoices and payments.
- Interface with external service providers and vendors.
- Organize and maintain accurate records and archives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
