About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kang's Kitchen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation team to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to meet the demands of our menu.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform our purchasing decisions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
  • Work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
