**About the Role**
The Centaur Media Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research and Data Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our research and data team, you will play a critical role in identifying new market opportunities to drive revenue growth at The Lawyer, while using customer data to identify areas of excellence and make recommendations for improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the Research and Data Director to identify new market opportunities to drive revenue growth at The Lawyer
- Support the management and development of the existing portfolio of research and data projects
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing market/customer trends to identify opportunities for new revenue streams
- Collaborate with the sales team and marketing teams to identify and bring to market new research and data products and services
- Support the design and delivery of product road maps and help establish a robust horizon scanning process to identify and anticipate customer needs in select target market segments
- Support prospecting for and in the design and delivery of our bespoke research service, including our benchmarking offering
- Collect and analyze customer data to identify areas of excellence and make recommendations for improvement
**Requirements**
- Experience in a client-facing research or research-related role (ideally in a research agency setting)
- Demonstratable experience of client management/production of client outputs
- Experience in using data analysis software
- Experience in using data visualization software
- A strong understanding of the UK and international legal market
- Ability to develop insight from varied data sources
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for data checking
- Evidence of market research qualifications
