About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Sudbury Retirement Manor. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to residents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Teamwork: Assist clients/guests with special needs and work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Certifications: Serving It Right Certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
Work Environment

Our work environment is physically demanding, and you will be required to work under pressure. You will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
