About Your Role

The Director, GenAI and Digital Workplace will lead the strategic development and operational management of generative AI and digital workplace solutions initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft applications, Power Apps, and generative AI technologies to streamline operations and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital workplace strategy and roadmap that integrates Microsoft applications, Power Apps, and generative AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with Innovation, HR, and other departments to ensure the digital workplace solutions meet the evolving needs of the workforce and the organization.
  • Manage a team of specialists in AI, machine learning, and digital workplace technologies to deliver innovative solutions and support.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and digital workplace technologies to maintain a competitive edge and propose relevant initiatives.
  • Oversee the budget, resources, and timelines for digital workplace and generative AI projects, ensuring they deliver value and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of best practices in AI and digital workplace management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent or related field.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, particularly in integrating generative AI, machine learning, and prompt engineering.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing AI projects.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn).
