Key Responsibilities
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective work schedules to optimize staff performance.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage food and kitchen supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Staff Training: Provide training to new employees on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service meet established quality standards.
  • Financial Planning: Prepare budgets and cost estimates for the department.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
