Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Team Supervisor to join our team at Chatime Vaughan Mills location. As a Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and ensuring the smooth operation of our store. If you have a passion for tea, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Craft high-quality tea beverages and prepare toppings to meet our customers' expectations.
  • Operate the Point of Sales (POS) computer and handle cash transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including inventory management and restocking.
  • Adhere to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and energetic team dynamic, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail, food industry, or work experience required.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods and move around the bar area.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25lbs and carrying items as required.
