The Integrated Solutions team at Brookfield Renewable is seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the business needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop ServiceNow applications and solutions that align with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Actions, Script Actions, Email Notifications, Events, and Assignment Rules.
- Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, email notifications, and access controls.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into our ServiceNow environment.
- Support the implementation of ServiceNow release upgrades and new ServiceNow modules as needed.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve system inefficiencies and issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system documentation.
- University or College degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Thorough knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes.
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow functionality and how ITIL processes can be implemented in ServiceNow.
- Solid experience (5+ years) designing, developing, testing, and implementing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships.
- Strong technical skills, including a solid understanding and relevant experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and operational skill sets, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and collaborate in a team environment.
