Key Responsibilities- Perform tire removal, installation, and repairs for all OTR vehicles, including removing wheel assemblies, dismounting tires, balancing, inflating, and installing repaired or replacement tires, and reinstalling wheel assemblies according to standard operating procedures.
- Follow work order procedures and communicate with Lead Hand regarding the work required.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and professionalism.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A team player who is willing to pitch in and help out wherever needed.
- A valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
- The ability to work in all weather conditions.
- A commitment to safe work practices.
- Exemplary customer service skills.
