We are seeking a skilled Tire Fitter to join our team at Summit Truck & Equipment Repair in Salmo. As a member of the Sutherland Group, we prioritize the happiness, success, and growth of our team members and community.

Position Benefits

  • 4 on/4 off rotation with 11 hour day shifts, no night shifts
  • Starting wage of $18-20 per hour
  • Direct deposit pay, twice monthly

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform tire removal, installation, and repairs for all OTR vehicles
  • Follow work order procedures and communicate with Lead Hand
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and professionalism

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Team player with excellent customer service skills
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence with clean abstract
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Commitment to safe work practices
