We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail store operations at B4U Videos & Computer Repair and Punjab Wireless. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Sales and Marketing: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, develop and implement marketing strategies, and implement price and credits policies to drive sales growth.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
