Job Summary

Boardwalk is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of our customers by performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing customer requests, and maintaining the overall quality of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including vacant suite maintenance and touch-ups, to ensure our properties meet established quality standards.
  • Address customer requests for maintenance within 72 hours, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and reporting to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment, including snow removal and touch-up painting as required.
  • Manage inventory and perform on-call emergency maintenance as needed.
Requirements
  • 2 years of maintenance service experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of renovation experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of English language, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with computer/tablet systems is an asset.
