Position Overview

As the Vice President of Portfolio Selling, you will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and be instrumental in propelling our business expansion while ensuring outstanding client service. Your effectiveness in this position will hinge on your capacity to leverage both tactical and strategic sales acumen, analytical insights, exceptional communication, and leadership capabilities to oversee the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to final agreement. Utilizing your extensive market expertise, you will be accountable for fostering profitable revenue growth and cultivating robust client relationships.

Should you join us as our Vice President of Portfolio Selling, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Strategic Sales Leadership: Formulate and implement sales strategies to effectively market and sell a diverse array of products and services to our premier clients.
  2. Portfolio Strategy Development: Collaborate with key sector leaders, Sales Leads, SAG, the CGO, and the COO to devise a foundational strategy aimed at enhancing our existing portfolio, delivering customized solutions and value-added services to meet client needs.
  3. Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to forge strong connections with key stakeholders within our prominent, enterprise-wide accounts.
  4. Portfolio Performance Analysis: Evaluate portfolio outcomes, market dynamics, and competitive strategies to pinpoint growth opportunities and enhancements. Propose modifications to products/services to align with market trends and evolving client demands.
  5. Sales Process Oversight: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation and contract finalization.
  6. Executive Reporting: Compile and present regular updates to senior management to ensure sales objectives are met. Utilize data-driven insights to project sales forecasts, identify potential challenges, and suggest corrective measures.
  7. Contract Negotiation: Engage in negotiations regarding contracts and pricing arrangements with clients to optimize revenue while fostering mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships.
