As an Assistant Store Supervisor, you will assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and take charge of key responsibilities in their absence. We are in search of enthusiastic beauty leaders eager to support and manage one of our retail locations.
Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Store Supervisor
- Your role is pivotal in shaping the customer experience. You will manage talent, motivate your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.
- You will play a crucial role in helping the store achieve or surpass sales targets by overseeing daily operations, focusing on budget adherence, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management.
- Safeguard customers, staff, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols, as well as Company policies.
- Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging within the team.
Qualifications for the Assistant Store Supervisor Role
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or retail sales, along with at least 1 year in a sales management position.
- Prior experience in operational, financial, and performance management is essential.
- A cosmetology license is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning, development, and educating both store personnel and customers to drive success.
- A genuine passion for all aspects of hair and beauty.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
The role necessitates some physical activity, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, and frequent bending, crouching, or stretching. The ability to lift moderately heavy items, such as shipment boxes, is required, with a maximum lifting capacity of 25 lbs, occasionally while using a ladder, with or without accommodation. Exposure to fumes, chemicals, and odors may occur.
