CosmoProf Canada Assistant Store Manager

We're seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at CosmoProf Canada. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage talent and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee store operations, including sales, inventory management, and expense control.
  • Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety and security rules and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
  • Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
  • Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
  • Passion for all things hair and beauty.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
