About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT-OT Platform Services Analyst to join our team at SAPINC Saputo Inc. This role will be part of a team responsible for planning, installing, monitoring, providing support, troubleshooting, and maintaining our Platform Services infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Management: Experience and knowledge in server hardware and storage, hypervisor management, operating systems, active directory, security tools, management tools, database management, data protection, monitoring, file transfer management, remote access and connectivity, and networking.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance for both IT and OT systems.
  • Security: Monitor server and related components security measures to protect data, systems, and network integrity.
  • Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system and related components configurations, procedures, and policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure Platform Services infrastructure complies with internal & industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Works with OT teams to deliver integrated change where appropriate, and to ensure that our network infrastructure is secure and robust end-to-end.
Requirements
  • College diploma in the field of Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of equivalent work experience in a Systems Administration position.
  • Microsoft and or VMware certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Platform Services Analyst, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with operations technology (OT) and industrial control systems like Purdue model and CPWE.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with operation, management, and fault diagnosis of real-time transaction processing systems.
  • Experience with system and server asset management, including maintenance of system components, inventory, and related documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work beyond core business hours / on call, if necessary to minimize business interruption during planned or unplanned network/system modifications.
  • Available for occasional travel if required.
  • Bilingual (English/French), both oral and written.
