Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing our sales pipeline, consulting with clients, and educating them on our products. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on market trends and attend daily sales huddles.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales pipeline and respond to leads in a timely manner
- Consult with clients and educate them on our products
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and attend daily sales huddles
- Book appointments and take clients and brokers for site tours
- Participate in broker and client events
- Meet sales targets
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate
- Well-organized, personable, and professional
- Strong closing skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Vehicle and valid driver's license required
