Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
The job may involve traveling to different locations, primarily focusing on office buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing floors and hallways.
- Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to effectively remove dirt, debris, and refuse.
- Regularly empty waste containers and trash receptacles.
- Coordinate with external contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct safety and security inspections to ensure a safe environment.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and fixtures to maintain hygiene standards.
Prior experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is considered an asset, although not mandatory.
Workplace Information- This position may require travel to various job sites.
