About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Origin Active Lifestyle Communities. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medication Management: Assist with medication administration and monitoring.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a healthcare aide program or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and Health Care Aide Certificate.
