We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at BRIJ PATEL OPTOMETRY PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, and setting up medical equipment
- Perform vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients with care and attention
- Maintain patient rooms and ensure a clean and comfortable environment
- Transport patients between care facilities and assist with exercise routines
- Administer first aid in emergency situations and prepare patients for surgery
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week
- Fluency in English
