Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including housekeeping supervisors and housekeeping attendants.
    • Ensure that all housekeeping staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
    • Identify and address any issues or concerns related to housekeeping operations.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Manage the inventory of housekeeping supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
    • Ensure that all housekeeping staff have access to the necessary supplies and equipment to perform their duties.
  • Guest Services
    • Respond to guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping services.
    • Work with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns related to guest services.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
