About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JCH COFFEE CORPORATION. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them develop their skills.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as needed, and maintain accurate records of stock levels and sales.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Supervision: 5-10 people
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, and walking
