Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JCH COFFEE CORPORATION. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and combine sitting and standing throughout the workday.
