The Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at CF Masonville Place. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and employee performance evaluation.
  • Coach and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales.
  • Train and develop a high-performing team that is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership to drive business results.
  • Support key initiatives and take a proactive approach to growing the business through community outreach.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that all customers receive a premium experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Experience supervising, training, and coaching sales associates.
  • Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands and opportunities.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
