Keyholder (Part-time) Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Keyholder at our Inglewood Centre location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for every customer
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure a clean and organized store environment
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering results and meeting sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
Requirements:
  • 2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
