Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Windermere Music Academy Inc. As a Sales Secretary, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-up.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents related to sales and customer interactions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to electronic enquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to the sales team.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support sales efforts and business decisions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence and documents.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research to support sales efforts and provide analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, flexibility, and a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
