About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our team at Team Kwatra Corporation. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and prospects, ensuring timely and efficient communication.

Customer Service

Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the sales team, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.

Travel Arrangements

Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations for sales team members, ensuring seamless travel experiences.

Client Support

Provide ongoing support to clients after sales, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.

Work Environment

As a Sales Support Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales support role.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
