Job Summary
As a Retail Store Supervisor at Savers, you will play a critical role in the success of your store.
You will make important decisions that directly impact business results and continuously develop and empower your team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of retail store employees to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
